COGNITIVE-BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT)
I draw on CBT to hep clients recognize the patterns of thinking and behavior that may be contributing to distress, self-doubt, or feeling stuck. CBT is a well-established, evidence-based approach that is especially effective for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions. In our work together, I help clients build practical tools, deepen self-awareness, and make meaningful changes that support a more balanced and satisfying life.

ACCEPTANCE AND COMMITMENT THERAPY (ACT)
ACT offers a compassionate way to navigate painful thoughts and emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them. Rooted in mindfulness and values-based action, ACT is an evidence-based approach that supports greater psychological flexibility and resilience. I use ACT to help clients move toward what matters most, even when life feels uncertain, demanding, or emotionally complex.

INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (IFS)
IFS is a gentle, insight-oriented approach that helps clients better understand the different parts of themselves and the roles those parts have taken on. IFS is increasingly supported by research and can be especially helpful for trauma, inner conflict, and strengthening self-compassion. In therapy, I help clients approach themselves with curiosity, so they can create more inner harmony and healing.

MENTAL SKILLS
Mental skills training helps people perform at their best when the stakes are high. Originally developed in sport psychology, these evidence-based strategies are now widely used by athletes, executives, physicians, performers, and other high achievers to strengthen focus, confidence, resilience, and emotional regulation. In our work together, I help clients develop practical skills to manage pressure, overcome self-doubt, and perform with greater consistency while maintaining balance and well-being.
